We are disciples of Jesus Christ who have experienced the trauma and grief of a loved one’s death by suicide or mental illness. Amid our devastating loss and broken hearts, we have received comfort, hope, and healing through Jesus Christ. We now seek to
bear one another’s burdens that they may be light, mourn with those who mourn, and comfort those that stand in need of comfort (Mosiah 18: 8-9)
provide a compassionate and faith-based approach to coping with traumatic grief
help others navigate their intense grief, find hope, and access the rescuing grace of the Savior Jesus Christ
provide a safe environment for sharing our deepest sorrows and, at times, the joy we feel, and the tender mercies and miracles unfolding around us
prevent further deaths with postvention which are activities that reduce the risk of suicide for those who are left behind
